Juan Miguel is a Biochemist specialised in Bromatology from the Univeristy of Yucantan.
He has worked in BEPENSA group for more than 27 years, in which 24 years were in the beverages division. Holding the position of Quality Control Chief, Production Manager, Corporate Technical Manager, Manufacturing Regional Manager and General Manager of the Bottler of Chetumal Q. Roo.
Since February 2008, he holds the position of General Manager of Mega Empack S. A. de C. V., corporation in the Industrial division of BEPENSA group.

Desde Febrero de 2008 ocupa el puesto de Gerente General de Mega Empack S. A. de C. V. empresa de la división Industrial del grupo BEPENSA.
