GROUP FEES
• Registrations must be done together.
• Registration must be from the same company same location.
• Payment must be done together and before the event commences.
• Group fee becomes invalid if any delegate cancel registration.
CANCELLATION
A refund will be promptly made for all written cancellations received 3 weeks before event date but subject to a USD150 / Euro150 administrative costs PLUS applicable bank charges. Thereafter, cancellations are not refundable but substitute delegates are permitted, if notified in advanced.
