- Bale specifications, contaminants and types of audits that should be performed on incoming materials.
- Pre-sort and sorting technologies to produce highly pure streams, overview of technology and recent innovations,
- Dry and wet cleaning systems, overview of washing technologies inc removal of glues ,labels, water filtration and treatment
- Overview of extrusion and decontamination systems for flake and pellets with focus on small modular to large processing systems that produce food grade.
- Lab and quality control testing requirements for food contact.

- Causes of discolouration, and the impacts of fines, PVC, metal, label contaminants.
- Typical rPET contamination issues and what this means for customers and how to minimise them.
- Developing and producing high quality 100% rPET bottles and thermoforms.

- Summary of key legislation requirements and recent EFSA regulations that impact recycled PET resin
